Curious about mindfulness and how it can positively impact your life?
Originally from Ottawa, Canada, I now enjoy living in the Middle East with my family. I know that life can sometimes feel like a wild roller-coaster ride. With a deep-rooted passion for helping others, I became a Social Worker, specialising in adult mental health services in the UK. It was during my own challenging times that I discovered Mindfulness, a practice that has profoundly shaped my life. Personally, engaging in these tools helps me cultivate a calm mind, feel grounded and build emotional resilience.
